The process in order to get compliance

Process for complying:

Export permits are approved and delivered via TradeNet Phase 5 System on the same day provided all conditions are met.

Export Certificate are also approved and delivered on the same day.
Non-Preferential certificate of Origin [Application Forms available in set of Three (3) at the Trade Division (Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection)].
COMESA certificate of Origin [Application Forms available in set of Two (2) at the Trade Division ((Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection)].
Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) certificates of Origin [Form available in set of Three (3) at the Mauritius Chamber if Commerce & Industry (MCCI)].
Visa Certificates (Non-AGOA) [Form available in set of Three (3) at the Trade Division ((Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection)].
Africa Growth & Opportunity Act (AGOA) Visa Certificates [Application Form available in set of Three (3) at the Mauritius export Association (MEXA].
Kimberley Process Certificate [Application Form available in set of One (1) at the Trade Division ((Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection)] and can be approved and delivered within 2 working days.
Kimberley Process Certificates are approved and delivered within 2 working days.

NOTE:

(1)Exporters should submit invoice when applying for an export permit except in the case except in the textile and textile product to the USA, Canada and Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

(2). Companies exporting goods for consumption on ship should produce ship handler certificates.

(3). Freeport companies exporting controlled products should produce their freeport certificates.
